The front features five embroidered stars, representing the five artists on the Chaos roster: Jazzy, Confidence Man, Dean Turnley, Saoirse and Rossi. An embroidered 2023 on the back collar marks the year the label was founded, adding a subtle nod to Chaos' beginnings.

Officially launching at the 2026 Chaos Summer Party, the jersey reflects the shared spirit of football, music and independent creativity that defines the label.
